We all find ourselves in extraordinary circumstances so we are coming together to ensure the health and safety of our communities as the COVID-19 pandemic continues to escalate. The health and safety of our drivers and passangers is our top priority.
- Our drivers sanitize the vehicle before each ride.
- We use disinfecting wipes and spray.
- For everyones safety, we put a clear plastic divider between the passengers and drivers.
- We provide you with hand sanitizer before entering the vehicle to help keep your hands clean.
- You don’t need to touch the handles of the car as the drivers will open and close the door for you.
- Passengers must load and unload their luggage for now because of COVID-19.
- If you really need help with loading/unloading your luggage, then a driver will help.
- All drivers will be wearing a face mask/cover.
- We highly request that all riders also do the same.
- We encourage this because it can slow the spread of the virus as some people don’t show symptoms.
Don’t travel if you show any symptoms of COVID-19
- If you have any symptoms, we advise you to stay home and call your doctor.
24 Hours Cancellation Policy
1. When you reservation your ride online please give us correct information.
2. If we have your wrong information, than we have a full authority for cancel your ride.
3. When you reservation online, than you will receive a confirmation email.
4. Online reservation less than 2 hours, please give us a call too. Because you will not receive an email confirmation.
5. if you reservation over the phone, you will have only phone conformation not email confirmation.
24 hours advance notice is required to change or cancellation of airport transportation. 24 hours advance notice is required to change or cancel a non airport reservation. Upon failure to cancel services in time frames specified, you will be charged full service rate. Cancellation fees are waived for emergencies.
Bk Best or its drivers have full right to cancel any return trip transfer reservation due to following reasons without any prior notice.
a) Trip is not prepaid for full two way service in advance and passenger(s) refused to pay full return trip two way price on first drop Off.
b) Passengers are too much drunk and show violent verbal or physical behavior.
c) If driver has another hourly reservation between two assigned transfers and third party extends there service hours or any other situation beyond human control.
What happens if the flight is delayed?
1: All flight arrival times are checked with the airline, should you arrive 15 early or 45 hours late no problem our driver will wait for you.
2: if your flight is 1 hour delay please call us 916-740-8200 please be patience. We will be serve you our best but we will check our first availability.
3: BK Best does not monitor private flights
How do we find the driver after our flight arrival?
1: Our drivers will meet at outside of the limousine parking area.
2: Our driver will give you a call when your will land. We request please answer your phone at that time
3: If you don’t have cell phone with you and you request than Drivers will hold a sign board with the passenger name written on it. and also help you with your Luggage But it will be extra charges
if our flight is delayed or cancels?
A: Please call us to update the information, if your flight is delayed or cancel .We also monitor your flight online, BK BEST does not monitor private flights.
How long will the driver wait for us ?
1: For Domestic flights, he will only wait for you 30 minutes. If delay more than 30 minutes please give us a call 916-740-8200. If no show up than your credit card will be charged and it will be no-refundable.
2: For International flights, he will only wait for you 90 minutes. If delay more than 90 minutes please give us a call 916-740-8200. If no show up than your credit card will be charged and it will be no-refundable.
What is Cancellation Policy
a.If you change your travel plans or if you want cancel your reservation Please call or email to us, 24 hours prior to pickup will be FULL REFUNDED.
b. 24 hours advance notice is required to change or cancellation of airport transportation.

No Shows will be full charge of amount plus any waiting time.
Bk Best reserves the right to terminate any reservation at any time in the best interest of customer safety, driver safety, vehicle safety, and federal/state/local laws.
Vehicle Damage/Cleaning Policy
The party paying for the reservation is responsible for all damages and/or cleaning charges incurred by the renter and/or party of the renter, including but not limited to: Vomit/Sickness ($189 Cleaning Fee), Liquid spillage ($150 Cleaning Fee), Burns ($1000 Replacement/Repair), Upholstery Tears ($1000 Replacement/Repair) and/or opening a car door into another vehicle or stationary Object etc.
Protecting our customer’s information and privacy is our top priority. Please be assured that your email address and contact information will never be shared with any 3rd parties. Bk Best reserves the right to use the information supplied to provide requested services and collect payment for services rendered in accordance with our rates, terms and policies.
No Smoking Policy
Bk Best vehicles are not allowed Smoking. However, our chauffeurs will gladly stop as frequently as possible for you to enjoy a smoke outside the vehicle.
We offer following convenient options for making a payment:
Bk Best accept all major credit cards and cash as payment, though credit card is required to make reservations. You can pay cash directly to Bk Best driver
Your credit card is a guarantee of your reservation. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid the total amount due to be charged to your credit card. If you choose to pay your driver directly with cash, receipts can only be obtained by your driver.
Town Car 4 Passengers 4-5 Bags
Full Size SUV 6 Passengers 5-6 Bags
Bk Best is not responsible for items that are left in the vehicle and lost or damaged.
If items found in the vehicle we will be save for you in our office, you can pick up your item from our office but please call prior to come to our office.
Bk Best have another option reserves the right to charge a delivery fee for returning lost items.
Bk Best, and their chauffeurs will assist with luggage at a client’s request, but assume no liability for doing so.
Any bridge tolls to the destination shall be paid by the passenger.
A car seat/booster seat is available upon request for $12.
Actual charges for cell phone usage, extra stops, special parking and toll fees would be added to estimated fare.
Extra stops would be billed at regular price, which is not less than $20 per stop.
There is a 15 minutes grace periods for all the trips after the scheduled pickup time. We monitor the status of all commercial flights once the grace period has elapsed additional fees are charged at the rate of $1.00 per minute or $50.00 per hour for all airport and non-airport transportation services.
Changes in service may result in additional charges. For major changes or delays including lost luggage on arrivals, it is the responsibility of the passenger to contact Bk Best. Bk Best will do its best to accommodate the passenger but may result in a delay and/or additional charges.
Due to earlier arrivals or delays, it may be necessary for Bk Best to substitute vehicles that will still accommodate the number of passengers but will not result in any additional charges for upgrades unless the upgrade is requested by the passenger.
